The Warriors starting backcourt of Hannah Tse and Bella Sarcona graduated and that means those two starting positions are available. Senior guard Caroline King (2.5 ppg/1.4 apg) will claim one of those guard spots and will be needed to score and lead. Last season’s leading scorer junior Bailey Paige returns (9.3 ppg/3.5 rpg) along with junior guard Natalie Poole (7.1 ppg/2.4 rpg) is a high energy guard that is a good on-ball defender. Junior wing Maddison Motto (3.0 ppg/3.0 rpg) will be expected to rebound better. Keep an eye for freshman guard Caroline Clark, she should have an impact for Coach Welch and the Warriors. The Warriors open the 2023-24 season at Rocky River on Nov. 17th.
