The Pirates will look to improve under 2nd year Coach in Cody Frady. The Pirates will have to rebuild this season, but it will be without 6’8 wing Justin Johannes and 6’3 guard Brayden Payne, both transferred out of Porte Ridge and that will hurt the Pirates. Senior Ra’Shawn Elmore (7.2 ppg/5.3 rpg) came off the bench last season BUT the athletic wing loves to get out and run the court. Senior guard Daniel Osei (3.6 ppg/2.0 rpg), who has worked hard this offseason and should be an important contributor this upcoming season. Senior wing Jace McClain is athletic and active on the boards (5.1 ppg/3.5 rpg) for Porter Ridge. The Pirates open the 2025-26 season hosting South Iredell on Nov. 14th.
